This service gives you access to performance coaching that is usually reserved for elite players.
We have two services, 3-month performance coaching and one-off performance calls. You are welcome to use both services as and when you feel it will benefit your golf.

“This service gave me access to my own coach who works with professional players. He motivated me to be able to work towards my goals. Fantastic service.”
– Matt, 5 Handicap
“Will’s support has given me a clear plan to follow each week. Having weekly skills games and clear goals have really helped me develop as a player.”
– Hugo, Golf Professional
“I’ve practiced hard and gotten good at golf before, but, I’ve never had such clarity on what I need to improve, nor a concrete plan for how to improve it. From Will’s player profiling to our conversation, I realized I was in a different league and my game was going to change…for the better.”
– Jamie, 11 Handicap
“I had my first performance call with Will this year and was so impressed that I’ve already referred him to three of my plus-handicap friends looking to make it onto the PGA Tour. I’ve never felt this much clarity in my entire golf career, and cannot wait to see where my golf game can go.”
– Connor, Golf Professional

Book one-off coaching call
Great for catch-ups, tweaks to training plans and specific performance issues.
These aim to help you solve performance issues you need help with. You can use these sessions as follow-ups to tweak previous practice plans we’ve created. Or use them for specific issues within your golf game, practice or performance. We can cover technical swing issues, but I would advise you to see a PGA professional in person first to see if you can make progress.
How does it work?
Want to learn more?
These services are different from your traditional swing coaching. To learn more check out this article explaining my approach to performance coaching.
What will be the focus of my performance plan?
This is up to you. The player profiling form will ask your golfing goal for the next 12 – 18 months.
This might be something tangible such as, to break 80, to reduce your handicap from 24 to 19. Or, something more specific such as, improving confidence when putting. Our call will help create a clear path to your goal and the performance plan will give you a simple weekly structure to help you reach your goal.
How will the performance call work?
Once you’ve book your time, using the calendar above, you will receive an email with a link and password to our Zoom video call. All you need to do is open the link and enter the password at the time of our call on any computer, tablet or phone. You do not even need a Zoom account to access this service.
We’ll spend the next ~30 minutes discussing how we can make you a better player. If you wish, we can record the call so I can send over a video of the call for you to watch back at any time.
Within 48 hours of our coaching call, I will send you an email with your performance plan and a video talking you through the performance plan.
Can I send additional information before our call?
Yes, at the end of the player profiling questionnaire you will find instructions for how to send videos of your technique and any playing stats that might be of use. Read this article to find out what is of most use – there is a short summary below.
From past experience, summary playing stats (previous 5 – 10 rounds) are of great help when trying to get a grasp of your current golf game. If you do not have any stats that is fine, we can still work together and build you a plan.
- Fairways in regulation (%)
- Greens in regulation (%)
- Putts per round
- Scrambling / Up and down (%)
On top of this strokes gained data and direction of missed fairways and greens does give a richer picture but isn’t a must. A quick note – all apps work out strokes gained data slightly differently so please send over the basic stats above too.
Full swing, chipping or putting videos
This service isn’t here to replace one-to-one technical coaching, but we will discuss your technique and I will happily support your technical development. Feel free to send over videos if you wish to discuss a certain part of your game.
We can discuss how best to make changes in your swing, what to prioritise and give you fun ways to practice and refine your technique.
What does a performance plan look like?
This will be tailored to your needs, how much you can practice and what facilities you have access to, but you’ll receive:
- A performance summary.
- Practice games and/or drills to complete each week.
- Targets to hit in practice and play.
- Any additional information I can send to help you on your journey.
Along with your performance plan, you’ll receive a recorded version of our call for you to refer back to at any time. Check out the example performance plan below:
Do I have to complete the player profiling
You do not have to fill in the player profiling, but we will likely cover many of these questions within our call. Having your player profiling completed ahead of our call gives me time to reflect on your golf game and make the best possible use of our time together.
How often should I book a session?
It is up to you – this service is here to support you. I usually work with professional players every 4 to 6 weeks.
Many amateurs would benefit from one annual session at the start of the season to plan their goals and practice, and potentially another session mid-way through, or towards the end of the year to plan off-season training and development.
If you are an amateur who is lucky enough to practice and play three or more times a week you may find a session every 2-3 months the right balance.
More feedback from golfers
“I LOVE that the practice routines are broken down into technical and skill development sections.”
“A brilliant way to structure practice.”
“Having been a keen practicer, but without the knowledge of what I should be working on, Will’s practice plan has given me so much to work towards and how to do so. Really positive, sensible and achievable plan.”
